section, we provide some Frequently Asked Question about our
website, services and products. If you don't find

How can I setup an account for
myself? If
you are a new customer and would like to establish an account with
Classic Decoration, go to the Online Store, Customer link, and click
on the "If you've never been here before but would like to set up an
account, click here" link.
How do I
log-in to my own account? It's amazing how our
Online Store software remembers its customers. If you are a return
customer, go to the Your Account link. You must enter your customer
number or e-mail address, and password. You should see a short
welcome message!
How do I change my
account password and other contact information? To change your account password, click on the Your
Account link and log-in using your customer number or e-mail and
password. Then, go to the Customer Update Page link and your change
your account information.
What methods of
payment does your website accept? Currently, our Online Store accepts only COD, Check or
Money Order purchase. (However, in the future we have plans to
accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express.) Please make your
check payable to Classic Decoration Sdn. Bhd. Upon receipt of your
payment or cheque, your order will be processed
within 3 business day.
How do I receive a
refund after making a purchase? There are no refunds given for purchase once the
payment is cleared, you have agreed to pay. However, in the case of
billing complications, if you have been billed for items
incorrectly, please contact us at Tel: (604) 2294190 or admin@classicdecoration.com
and we'll
gladly review our records for you.
How does your
product item in the Online store includes delivery
charge? The delivery charge is added
into the item total when the customer make a purchase. A flat fee of
$10.00 plus 10% of the total amount shipping charge is
added for local delivery within Malaysia. A flat fee of $20.00
plus 15% of the total amount shipping charge is added for
international
delivery. All rates are quoted in Malaysian
Ringgit.
